I’m Estefanía — a brand consultant and producer specializing in strategy, creative direction, events, and activations.

I work independently, partnering directly with brands and plugging into agency and in-house teams wherever I can add the most value — whether that means leading an engagement from start to finish, joining a team for a specific brief, or providing ongoing freelance and fractional support.

When a project requires a broader team, I bring together the right creative, production, and specialist partners around the brief and lead the work through execution.

I'm equal parts creative and operational: I care deeply about how something looks and feels, but just as much about why it works. I'm highly organized, culturally curious, and always paying attention to what's happening now — not just what's worked before.

Over the past 12 years, I've worked across industries, audiences, and all kinds of briefs, building brands and experiences that feel considered, relevant, and genuinely engaging.

Based in Toronto, working independently and collaborating wherever the right project takes me.

The vision — translating ideas into a cohesive world. Leading creative across events, activations and campaigns - from visual direction and content shoots to graphics, environments and brand touchpoints - ensuring every element feels intentional and connected to the bigger idea.

Senior-level strategy, creative direction and experiential production for agencies and in-house teams that need additional expertise or capacity. I can plug into an existing team for a specific brief or engagement, including white-label agency work.

Advisory + Fractional

Ongoing strategic, creative or experiential marketing support for teams that need senior-level leadership on a flexible basis.
